Preserving  Family in a crucial situation
Text Gen.2: 18, 25







Intro: From the history of creation Gods plan for man is to be brought to a mutual relationship with a woman, this union is what we called marriage. And out of this ever union between man and woman was the family begun. Therefore the as the basic unit of the society.


I. Its Foundation and origin
           A. its origin from God divinely instituted and recognize by our institution
           B. marriage is the foundation of the family
            c. Family is both legal and divine in two aspects, comply requirements and solemnity.


II. Its Command for orderliness
              A .For man to love, care, protect and provide.
               b. For a woman submit and respect, with a total obedience.
              c. The responsibilities for marriage is on the man’s shoulders; he is to leave his father and mother.
              d. Responsibility for keeping the union together is on the man’s shoulder, he is to be joined to his wife.


III. For propagation, production and multiplication but subdue it.
           A. the first man and woman are both naked but they are not ashamed to each other, the marital union, (vs.25) this passage teaches that (1.)Sex is Gods idea and is not sinful.
          b. sex came before the fall.
              c. Two other reasons for sex (1.) to promote love between the husband and wife.
(2.) To prevent fornication, unlawful satisfaction of the God given sexual desire.(!cor.7:2)

Note: How to preserve and maintain our family relationship
By knowing and giving both of priorities.


 Husband priorities
1. Sexual fulfillment
2. Beautiful wife
3. Domestic helper
4. Good administrator
5. Creative

Wife priorities
1. Financial security
2. Appreciation
3. Belongingness
4. Love and care
5. Family security

Children’s   are aware of our words and actions the way we love and care them treat them and show to them our lifestyle as Christian family.
