AGGRESSIVE FAITH
Matthew 11:12

I.   WHAT GOOD BIG DREAMS ARE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE A STEP OF FAITH?

¨  A step of faith turns thought into a reality.
¨  People who wants breakthrough have the courage to begin something while others are waiting for a better time and a safer situation or a guaranteed result.
¨  Just simply Do it now! Start Now!
¨  FAITH IS ALWAYS NOW!

II.                  THOSE WHO ARE NOT AGGRESSIVE IN FAITH WILL SAY:

¨  We will never be able to do that.
¨  It’s impossible.
¨  We’ve never done it before.
¨  Nobody has ever done that before.
¨  People won’t like it.
¨  We’re not ready for it.
¨  You’re right, but.
¨  It’s a good idea but won’t work.

III.                NOT AFRAID OF TRYING ON SOMETHING NEW – (Paradigm Shift)

(Step of faith)
Mark 5:25-34 (Woman with an issue of blood)
¨  25Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, 26and had suffered many things form many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. 27When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. 28For she said, ‘If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.’ 29 Immediately, the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction….34And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well, Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.”

¨  V-25 - Suffered for 12 years
¨  V-26 – Relied on her money and influence
¨  V-27 – Jesus got her attention after losing everything
¨    (Faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word.)
¨  V-28 – She confessed her faith. (Faith has a voice.)
¨  She aggressively actualized her faith. (A step of faith)
¨  V-34 – Jesus declared the importance of her aggressive faith.

IV. (Four (4) Lepers of Samaria)
2 Kings 7:1-9

Their situation:
¨  Syrian Army besieged the City of Samaria
¨  No food supply
¨  Widespread famine resulted to cannibalism.

APPLICATION:

¨  Do you want to die in hunger without trying something possible?
¨  Will you accept a defeated life without doing something?

1.       THEY ROSE UP FROM WHERE THEY ARE. (Step of faith.)

¨  PRINCIPLE:  “It’s much better to try and fail than to fail without trying.”
¨  PRINCIPLE:  Stop talking about your yesterday and start looking on what you can do for your tomorrow.’

2.       V-5-7 THEY MADE A MARCH OF FAITH.

¨  God honored their faith and created a miracle. (God amplified their steps.)
¨  You are just a step away from your breakthrough/miracle.

3. V- 8 THEIR AGGRESSIVE FAITH WORKS

4. THEY SHARED THEIR BLESSINGS WITH OTHERS.
¨  They willingly shared what they have with others.

Abounding in the Grace of Giving
Foundational Scriptures: 2Cor.8, 9

It is God’s ability for you in ability, Therefore, Grace does not excuses but empowers
Remember the Macedonian churches in giving they understood the Grace of God.

Giving is a heart issue- it is the response of a heart that experience grace...
A heart that understands what God can do because of His grace.

The believers Judgment

The believers Judgment
2 cor. 5 10

Introduction

The Bible teaches that believers will someday have to give an account at the judgment seat of Christ. Concerning the judgment of believers, the following facts should be kept in mind.

1.   All Christian will be subject to judgment; there will be no exception. Ro.14: 12, Ecc. 12: 14
2. This judgment will occur when Christ return for his church. Jn. 14:3
3. The judge is Christ (Jn.5:22

Note

The Lord will evaluate each of us, believer and unbeliever alike and will judge all our deeds wither they are good or bad. We will not be justified on the judgment day if we have neglected or rejected God’s grace.

I.                    God’s basis for judging is According to our performance.

A.      Our secret acts. Mk. 4:22
B.      Our character.  Ro. 2:5,11
C.      Our words.  Mt.12:36,37
D.      Our good deeds.  Eph. 6:8
E.       Our attitudes.  Mt. 5:22
F.       Our  motives. 1Cor. 4:5
G.     Our  lack  of love.  Col.3: 18
H.      Our work and ministry.  Col. 3:13

II.                  Gods basis for Judging According to our Loyalty

A.  Ability and availability= accountability. Mt. 25: 21, 23
B. The believer’s good deeds and love are remembered by God and rewarded. The Lord will reward for whatever good he does. Heb.6:10, Eph.6:8

III.                Gods basis for Judging is Varied and Accordingly

A.  The specific results of the believer’s judgment will be varied. There will be gain or loss.
B. Devine approval, task and authority. Position, honor and reward

Conclusion

The believer’s judgment, however, will not involve a declaration of Gods condemnation so we must be clear minded and self-controlled, to live holy Godly lives and to show mercy and kindness to all.
